Q. Will my Cat be able to adjust with others since he/she has always been alone?

A. Yes  of course, though the adjusting time may differ. Few cats immediately  get pally with others, few may take days to get comfortable. Bigger  space at our facility gives them immense time to feel comfortable. 

Q. Do cats socialize with each other?

A.  Yes, they do. Meeting their Feline companions is mostly entertaining for  them. They tend to get into the habit of sharing, cuddling, sleeping  together and playing. They form very close bonds with each other. 

Q. How to kill travel anxiety?

A.  Many Cats are uncomfortable with car travel. Most cats are never taught  to enjoy car trips. The best way to make car travel less stressful for  your cat is to get her used to the car early in life. 

Q. My cat (Male / Female) is not neutered/Spayed, will they be taken in your facility?

A. We  do not cage our guests, its a policy that we follow. At the time of  boarding your cat, please check with us about any non-neutered cat in  the facility. We only board the cat of same gender in this case. 

Q. My cat is very furious, has never been able to tolerate the presence of other cats, how would yo

A. The  cat needs to Human friendly at least, we have separate Room/Balcony for  such cats who doesn’t get along with others at all. 

Q. How many times do you serve them food (Both Wet & Dry kibbles)?

 Gravy Food is being served to them twice a day (8 AM & 8 PM), Dry kibbles are served 2 times during the day.

Q. If we are unable to bring the food along, how do you manage their food?

 We will get the food from the nearest store on your demand. You can take back the left out Food.

Q. Do their instincts get sharp at the boarding?

 A.  Yes, Mostly they get more alert due to the presence of other feline  beings in the house. They might sleep little less than before or may  wake up even at a small noise. 

Q. Do they might lose some weigh at the boarding?

 A.  Most of the cats love their food and get into the habit of sharing as  well. But if the cat is shy in nature or taking time to adjust, they might start eating late or eat less.  

Q. Is there any possibility of getting my cat ill at the boarding?

 A. We  strictly abide the vaccination status of every cat we are boarding in.  Ideally all the cats should have Their blood reports handy to rule out  all the points of getting ill. Since its completely based on the  immunity of the cat. Most of the time Low Platelet count can lead to Fever or upper respiratory issues.  

Q. How far in advance do we need to make the booking?

 A. Minimum before 1 Day. 

Q. Do you accommodate pets with special needs?

  A. We  have a dedicated area for pets with special need. We only undertake one  such case at a time. This needs to be communicated prior in advance.  

Q. Do you have Pick up & Drop services?

  A. Yes, we have an  in-house driver for pick and drop. 

Q. Can I take a tour?

 A. Yes , by Appointment only.
